We used Iris’s limousine transfer service from Hanoi, which was comfortable and convenient, and everything ran smoothly throughout the day.Halong Bay itself is absolutely spectacular, and the Iris was a comfortable and enjoyable way to experience it. The vessel is modern and well appointed, and we felt Iris struck just the right balance between affordability and a high-quality cruise experience.The buffet lunch was a real highlight — a huge variety of options, with high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes and plenty of choices for the whole family.Overall, it was excellent value for money and a very memorable day for our family.
